The Centre for Information Management and Energy Development (CUBAENERGIA), within the Nuclear Energy Agency and Advanced Technologies (AENTA) belonging to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA), is an institution for research, development and scientific and technical services on energy and environment.

 Since its creation in 2000, CUBAENERGIA conducts research-development and technological innovation projects that contribute to decision making in the energy sector, the communication of science and technology, energy education and the implementation of renewable energy sources for electricity generation. The organization strives to promote information technologies and sustainable energy development.
